Another Tip

Don’t drink slimfast, slimquick, or any of that other stuff. It has loads of calories in it and just makes you gain weigh on top or any othe food that you eat. Plus they don’t taste that great.

Day Eight: Your workout routine?

I take long walks mostly. Doing a lot of strenuous activity makes me really dizzy.

Why?

I don’t understand why everything is so high in calories and fat. It’s like they want us to get fat or stay fat

Tip

Spicy food helps a lot. It also keeps your immune system healthy and fights off colds.

Day Seven: Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?

Yes my mom lnows that I’m trying to mose weight. She doesn’t care but she also doesnt know how I am losing weight because I am away at college. Being away makes losing the weight easier because I’m doing it on my own terms and not in some diet that I was forced into.

Day Six: Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do. 

No I do not binge.  I used to but it put my body under such strain that I had to stop.

Advice

It is very important that in the quest to become skinny, that you also exercise.  This helps not only loose the weight but it tones muscle.  Remember, muscle is heavier than fat because of its density.  Also, don’t totally cut yourself off from taking in calories.  This will cause feinting spells which will land you in a lot of trouble at hospitals and such places.  Especially if you are trying to hide the fact that you’re loosing weight in a possibly unhealthy way.  Another thing in taking a normal amount of calories does is keep your body from going into starvation mode.  Starvation mode is where your body holds onto all of the fats and calories that you in take at any give time whether it be 90 or 900 because it is trying to keep you from dying.

Day Five: Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you? 

I want to loose weight for one because the current body weight that I’m at isn’t healthy for me and is, by the BMI charts, classified as overweight.  I want to be healthy as well as skinny.  I am 100% doing it for me.  I don’t care if anyone else wants me to be curvy or thin, or whatever.  I am doing it because this is what I want and it is what I’ve wanted for a very long time.
